What is coaching?
Coaching is a client-led, future focused, goal driven partnership that helps you get you where you want to go in your career. It follows a structured approach that helps you to solve problems. I act as your accountability partner, keeping you on track with the actions you decide to take towards your goal during each session.
The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximise their personal and professional potential.
Great leadership is grounded in self-awareness of your strengths, values and purpose. Deeply self-aware leaders are better equipped to lead teams confidently and authentically.
