Do I need to lead a team to be in the program?
No. Great leadership is grounded in self-awareness, you need to lead yourself well before you can effectively and confidently lead others.
I've done a leadership program, what's different about this?
It's academic theory light and practical application heavy. The content is tried and tested by hundreds of leaders from businesses of all sizes and industries. The program also includes fortnightly coaching calls to guide workplace implementation.
The multi-week format allows you to connect with other leaders across a diverse range of industries and learn from each other's experiences. Each cohort is just 10 to maximise connections. Read what former participants said at the bottom of the page.
What happens if I can't attend training or a coaching call?
Don't worry, we understand life happens. Training sessions are recorded for you to catch up on later.
