I founded Leaders Lobby to help leaders and future leaders to be ready for their next career step. 

I am a certified coach and member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), with 25 years of leadership experience in corporate Australia. 

I believe that great leadership is grounded in self-awareness of your strengths, values and purpose. Deeply self-aware leaders are better equipped to lead teams confidently and authentically.  

Why? I left my corporate career with a clinical diagnosis of burnout. I wanted to find a way to continue to use my skills, knowledge and passion to support others. I chose to help leaders build their capacity to become more purpose driven and people focused.  

How? I partner with leaders and future leaders through the delivery of 1-to-1 coaching and online programs. I also work with businesses to strengthen their team skills to drive increased trust, self-confidence, productivity and accountability.

On a more personal note 

I love spending time with those dearest to me. If that’s while watching rugby, drinking champagne or exceptional coffee – then I’m blissfully happy.  

I consider myself a life-long learner and a student of leadership and reputation. Why reputation? A strong reputation is an incredibly valuable asset, which helps you to build influence and get access to the best opportunities. It's an asset worth investing in.  

My personal values are authenticity, respect and growth. One way I support my value of growth is by keeping professional memberships with ICF and International Association of Business Communicators. I also uphold my Certified Practising Marketer designation from the Australian Marketing Institute.

In 2023, I was proud to recognised as one of Perth's Top 15 Coaches, along with being the recipient of a Community Leader Award. In 2024, I was announced as a Knowledge Partner of the prestigious Women Leaders Institute.
