How do I pick a coach?

Top 3 tips for picking a coach

 Tip 1: Credentials

Coaching is an unregulated sector, so anyone can call themselves a coach – without any qualifications. So, ask a prospective coach about their coach training.

Tip 2: Connection

Coaching is a trust-based partnership. Gauge your connection by asking yourself:
• Did the coach put you at ease and place your issues and needs first?
• Do I think or feel positive about the benefits of coaching moving forward?

Tip 3: Commitment

Coaching requires both a time and energy commitment. Are you ready to complete the actions you set yourself to get the results?
